To collect your certificate for Continuing Nursing Education please follow the steps below.

Step #1 – Payment for CE credit of 9.6 contact hours

By clicking on this payment button you are verifying that you:

• Have taken the S.T.A.B.L.E. Full Length Learner Course
• Passed the test with a 75% or higher
• Were given a coupon code for the CE credit from your instructor

Step #2 – Fill out the online Full Length Learner Course Evaluation

After your payment has been verified, you will be taken to the course evaluation page.

Please have your coupon code nearby as you will need to enter the code again and it will also be helpful in filling out the instructors names in the appropriate boxes.

We recommend that you use your personal email instead of your work email on the evaluation as many times hospital email system will see our confirmation emails as SPAM.

Step #3 – Certificate of Completion

After you have finished filling out the evaluation, completely, you will automatically receive your Certificate of Completion by email.

If you do not see your certificate in your Inbox after 7 days, please check your SPAM inbox, before contacting us at: ceu-provider@nursekathi.com
